Mobile App Permissions
Permissions in the mobile app are based on each user’s Privileges. Go to: Settings > User Settings > Privileges > Mobile. Select the privileges needed for the user. The user will also need access to the different Boards that are tied to the area of the mobile app they are trying to access. For example, if a user needs to move inventory in the mobile app they will need to have access to the Inventory Board in their privileges.
Barcode Scanner Settings

More Button | Select the “More” button in the lower right of the mobile app and select the “Has Scanner” or “No Scanner” to toggle the scanning settings. |
Has Scanner | If your device has a built in scanner toggle the button to Has Scanner and when in barcode scanning sections of the app this is the display you will see. Make sure the curser is in the “Scan Inventory” field before pressing your scan gun trigger. |
No Scanner | If your device just uses its built in camera, toggle the button to “No Scanner” and when in barcode scanning sections you will see your camera’s viewfinder in the scan inventory field. |
Camera Scanner | What scanning with a camera looks like. |
Tip | If you are trying to scan on a screen or through shrinkwrap, using a camera to scan works best. A barcode scanner that projects a solid red line will not read a barcode on a screen or through shrink wrap, typically. A barcode scanner that uses a larger scanning field beyond a solid single line will work usually as well. |

Search Orders | The ship date must have a current ship date (within a few days) to show up as an order select option. The system assumes you only are going to be loading orders with a recent or soon to ship date. |
Scan Pallet Tags | This is the camera scanner view. To toggle on a scan gun on your device go to the main page and select “More” and click the “No Scanner” button and it will change to “Has Scanner”. Pallet layout and inventory/pallet info will display at the bottom of the screen once loaded. |
Split Pallet | Select “Split” to split the next tag you scan. |
Split Pallet Screen | Type in the number of units you are removing from a pallet to create a new pallet. Select “Split” to load the new amount onto the order. |
Pallet Layout | The split pallet has been added to the order and a new pallet # created for the split pallet. |
Remove Pallet | To remove a pallet from an order select the “X” on the inventory item. If it was a split pallet then a warning will pop-up to ask if you want to rejoin the pallet with its parent. You only have the option to re-join this pallet with its parent pallet. To keep it separate and remove it from the order, you will need to do this on the web application because a new tag will need to be printed for it. |
Stack Pallets | Select the “Stack” option to stack one pallet on another. Typically done with a stack and split combination. It will stack on the most recent pallet you have previously loaded on the order. |
Stacked Pallet Layout | A stacked pallet will show up in blue. You must remove this stacked item before removing the pallet underneath it. |
Loading Complete | Once the order is fully loaded, you can select the “Loading Complete” button and it will move the Order into “In-Transit” status. You can still edit the inventory if needed after selecting this button. |
